For a month my husband and I did not know what we were going to do for my daughters’ 21st birthday. I know that she is still our baby as that she is the only child that we have. Love that she is so responsible and that she is always there for everyone. In the pass we just took her to the beach or to eat in another restaurant. But this year my husband wanted to take her to the BoneFish Grill since we never been there before. I have to say that when we walked in it was a amazing sight. I have been in several restaurants but this one took my breath away. First of all it had a romantic feel and the way that it is set up, Amazing.
This restaurant has a bar but the way that is set up it changes the look of other places that I have been. I am not a drinker but I love coordination and style. The place had several position tables that helps to determine where they are going to sit the customers.
Love the color they have picked for this place It blends very well. Great look and romantic feel.
Love that they have these separators that gives you privacy from the other side and the hanging lights gave it a nice look and warm feel.
Now going on the meals:
We started with the signature starter that my husband had heard about. It is the Bang Bang Shrimp. It was crispy but with a great texture, tossed in a creamy and spicy sauce. As that I do not eat a lot of spicy food, I have to say that this one was perfect my palate wanted more. The spicy gave it a good compliment.
My husband had the Fresh Caribbean DayBoat Scallops. Which are sushi-grade caramelized scallops with great fresh pineapple salsa which gave it a fresh taste and vanilla bean rum butter with a sprinkle of toasted coconut which gave it a unique and great taste with a little bit of umff. It was served with green beans and some Jasmine rice.
My daughter had the Lobster Stuffed Shrimp. Which there were six jumbo shrimps with lobster including red peppers and lemon butter sauce which complemented the shrimps and lobster very well. It had a great taste to it with a little bit of umff. It was served with some french fries and some homemade potatoes gratin which were with great texture and good flavor.
I had the Sirloin & Lobster Tail. Which it brought a center-cut steak wood-grilled and paired with a Lobster Tail. The sirloin was cooked very well at the temp that we asked for, it was nice and juicy and the taste was perfect. The lobster tasted very well and it did not taste too fishy with lemon and warm butter it gave it a great taste. It was served with great big broccoli and some Jasmine rice.
The Birthday girl had a homemade key lime pie which tasted great! It had umff which none of us tasted before. It was nice and smooth, the consistency was perfect. It was served with roasted pecan crust and they added a candle.
**The food was great. All with great taste, cooked perfectly, Freshly made and the presentation was a five star.**
I have to give credit to Tarah one of the managers which allowed us to have a great experience. A very upbeat and friendly person to talk with. She presented very well professional, friendly and courteous.

I can not finish with out giving credit also to the cook and the food preppers. The food was great of taste and the presentation was lovely.
